Breachstone Bug. Second lost breachstone in Dawn of the hunt league.

My first breachstone was lost a month ago and second one was lost today due to the same error. When running through where the breach hand should be on the way to fight xesht the map is blank and no breach occurs. I ran tier 4 with my Xbox friend on his map and his breach works properly and we were able to reach xesht. This error makes xesht unreachable for me on my map so I’m unable to play the breach campaign. The breach works properly for me on tier 15 maps but not in the realmgate. Is anyone else having this bug and can someone from support please contact me? It’s been a month since the first lost breachstone. Thank you for your time.
