London server, too much lagging to play

As title says,

Just logged on 10 minutes ago I its so severe that I can't play without the risk of dying. Had a about 20 seconds of smooth movement in hideout so I decided to open a map and had a screen freeze and got surrounded when the freeze ended on first encounter and had to leave the map.

Its hc so it really is not playable.
