Phrecia league Tabs are not migrated to Settlers, even Faustus

Hi, first time back to PoE1 after Phrecia ends and seen there is no migrated tabs from Phrecia to Settlers (there not at standard too), same situation with merhant (Faustus) seen my done transaction from Phrecia at Settlers, but are grey and can't take it. Anyone has same problem after Phrecia ends and maybe can help how to resolve it?

And what if I played HC Phrecia but dont have any chars left (riped to disconnect "bugg") How can I get my tabbs if i dont have any chars on hc phrecia to migrate?
