Stone Citadel Bug - Instant Death, Missing Loot, Stuck Map, and No Respawn

I am reporting a critical bug encountered while playing as a Tactician on Xbox Series X in Path of Exile 2, specifically in The Stone Citadel map. This was my first attempt at this Citadel, and I did not use any bug-exploiting mechanics. Below are the details: Stone Citadel Bug Description: - During the boss fight in The Stone Citadel, I successfully defeated the boss without difficulty. However, immediately after the boss's death, I was instantly killed by an unknown source of damage. Throughout the fight, I could withstand hits without being one-shotted, despite heavy visual clutter (light effects) that made it impossible to identify the damage source. Upon death, I observed task items and valuable loot dropping on the ground. I had three resurrection opportunities remaining, but after reviving, all floor items (including task items and loot) were missing. Additionally, the map became stuck, displaying an "in progress" status, preventing me from restarting or re-entering. I searched nearby maps extensively, but The Stone Citadel did not reappear, effectively locking me out of progressing this content. Impact and Community Frustration: - This bug caused significant progression loss, as I lost critical loot and access to The Stone Citadel, a rare and valuable endgame map. I had the same exact thing happen to me. I exited to character selection and that did nothing. Currently waiting for the instance to reset to see if that helps.
