FOR 2 WEEKS NO CITADELS IN SIGHT

This game has become utter trash.

1. Why is there no citadel spawning. For 2 weeks im searching for them. i have to mention that i have no quests undone at doriani. I have deleted 3 characters in hopes that mb it was a problem with them, but stil no citadel for my lvl 95 deadeye.

2. They say it fixed the loot drop, but where is the fking loot? the higher tier loot. (ABOVE T2) Still no divines and im currently at 303 item rarity on char. + doing maps that have 90 100 item rarity and the damn zone with item rarity reaching almost 500 item rarity (also some of the maps or zones with item quantity). And still the drops are as poor as a homeless.
Also alot of white items droping.
Whats the point of doing item rarity.
Whats the point of doing tier maps 1 to 16 and 17 if the drops are the same of t1 with t15

3. Sometimes i have to reset do default video setting cos the game shows me very low graphics. and after i reset and exit the game and then relog i works.
