Refund Passives sound interrupted in hideout

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Make sure you are not in a party.
2) Teleport to hideout: /hideout
3) Speak with NPC to Refund Passives.
4) Your character will speak/play a phrase.
5) The passive skill tree will pop up and the sound file will get paused.
6) Close the passive skill tree to resume/unpause the phrase your character was playing.

Hint: this doesn't happen while in party or in town because the game isn't paused in multiplayer.
