POE2 Desync - HELP!

I get completely random 7000ms to 14000ms network delays/desyncs while playing POE2, this can be in a map, in campaign in hideout it doesn't matter.

On the poe2 resource monitor all other stats are stable only server spikes up to this range, the game is still being rendered my inputs are still being captured (talking to a friend in party on discord while this happens I just wander off into a corner firing randomly)On my client when the server delay ends, the game plays out in turbo speed to catch up on what has happened while its in effect on pause waiting for server to respond and sync, it is capturing my inputs during this desync, whatever skills I'm pressing play out, where my cursor is pointing, leading me to believe this is a desync issue not a latency or network issue.

Yes I'm on wifi, more on this below;

- I've used gamelogs to MTR to the map instances I'm connected to and I get NO spikes in latency or lost packets while these instances occur.
- MTR to login servers show latency and packets are rock solid, no loss.
- I've set my PC as priority for wifi traffic, tried 2.4ghz, 5ghz no change
- POE1 plays completely fine
- All other online games play completely fine (warframe, satisfactory etc.)
- I've changed almost every setting possible in poe2 with no improvement.
- Playing on ethernet the problem doesn't arise, was able to test this by playing a LAN at a friends house on ethernet.

This is driving me nuts, what else can I try or test? Random desync and death is utterly killing my drive to play.
