cant speak to zarka about ascent to power quest in act 2 hardmode

hi,ım on xbox series x and my character is in act 2 hardmode. I have to speak zarka for the second ascend to power quest, but when I press the option to talk to zarka, the game does not show the speech I need to continue the task
