I tried to reskill and this happened

I am level 51 and I do not own any jewel or anything that could have resulted in this.
I am coming from the left and was trying to go to the right.
While applying my refund, it skipped the one attribute node, now I have an independant part on my path.

Okay, it seems this was a visual bug after applying things...
After I opened the board afterwards, they arent available anymore.
