Loading speed issues PC PoE2

I have issues with loading speed and i mean the first loading screen when you open the game and then every single one loading screen after it (especially act 3 town) Ive tried everything that i feel could fix the issue and there isnt any difference (i have good specs and enough RAM) I also did factory reset on my computer so it cant be too little storage, please help (it has been since the launch of the early access)
