Xbox player can't do his ascend.

I have a guildmate who plays on Xbox and has been unable to complete the last four Ascendancy points, both in the Labyrinth of Sekhema and the Trial of Chaos. This issue has persisted across four different characters. He has also experienced a corrupted save related to this bug, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Given how long this problem has been ongoing and how difficult it seems to resolve on consoles, I wonder if it might be possible for you to consider a kind gesture—such as manually granting the missing Ascendancy points to affected console players. Update , his caracter stuck in loading to chaos ..... WE hope , not corrupted save again...
