Cannot click anything when skill specific skill gems equipped

As a mercenary I cannot go through doors, click items or speak to NPCs when I have fragmentation rounds/high velocity rounds equipped in skill gems.
This only started from the new patch. Last bumped on May 10, 2025, 10:51:43 AM
