POE 2 Frustration With Support Process, Banned After Reporting Stolen Account
After my Steam account got stolen and I got it back through Steam Support, my PoE 2 account was compromised. I contacted support to ask why my characters were deleted. They kept asking for all kinds of verification like Steam ID, PoE 2 transactions, purchases, IP address and more. I’ve been banned for weeks just because I asked one question. They won’t respond anymore. The last thing they told me was to download PoE 1, play a bit and then send them my progress, but it just keeps dragging on. I should’ve never contacted support. [Removed by Support]

It's not anything you've done wrong, GGG's support is just disastrously behind for anything that needs to be handled by senior staff.
