Skeletal Storm mage max range attacks missing 100% of the time

Due to the spell they cast have a slightly lower range than their maximum aggro attack range causes them to attack and miss targets by just an inch. And since caster bosses/monsters dont move, they will just stand there and auto attack and miss everything until you move them yourself by weapon swapping.
