Flicker Bug with profane ritual and power charges

You do not gain the power changes from profane ritual if you are in a flicker animation, you can see the power change come to you from the ritual, but not collect it. You only collect them if you're not attacking with flicker other wise they just vanish.

I'd think thats intended and described in the Flicker Strike skill by "You cannot gain Power Charges while using this skill".
