Account recharge issue, no response or processing after one month

I submitted the wrong data for the account before, and I didn't receive any response. I sent multiple emails but still no response. Did the official customer service handle it? Or did they not reply to even one email in a month? Even the recharge guild Xsolla replied to my emails several times. Did the poe customer service handle the players' questions seriously? Or did they ignore the players' questions after they paid money to support the game? Is this your company's way of handling it? I hope you can reply to me as soon as possible
