Consistently dropping

For the past month or so I have been consistently dropping....sometimes taking 4+ times to even get to the point of being in town. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled at this point. Any suggestions?

This randomly started happening and honestly makes me not even want to play poe...

Are you using a VPN? Does this happen only with one gateway region, or several?
