barrage locking skills

There's a bug with Barrage that after using it to enhance your attack, all of your attacks are locked for about 15-20 seconds.

I thought at first it was glacial lance, but it happens with lightning spear as well. The only common denominator is Barrage. I've spoken with a few others that have had the same bug interaction.

Please fix Barrage.

This is still a bug and very annoying. Please fix it really kills the fun of barrage.
