Locked Account

I have another account. I have have done the email process and had some reply's. But it has been over a week since i have heard a response to get my account fixed. I have asked for update on the status every day since and have had no reply. Maybe this post might get some attention.

Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times.

As mentioned in our Customer Support Update from January, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard.

We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.

If you have already sent us a ticket, please keep in mind that we are working through a high volume of tickets currently, and adding additional tickets for the same issue will not change your place in the queue.
Thank you for the reply. I just got ingenuity right before my account got locked and would like to get back to playing.
Also throwing this out there. Its been more than two weeks and still no reply.
