My character progress in Act 2 was reset a bit

Yesterday I did all 3 zones to get horn of whatever to remove Jamahnra's sandstorm but today I logged in and all waypoints I activated in these zones are not active and I'm seeing quest parts in right side quest tracker. Weird.

Anybody else maybe? Or was my brain reset by MiB flashy thingie?

I forgot to add that when I was doing Keth part I had moments of crazy lagging and latency was reaching 3 seconds. I switched from Amsterdam to Frankfurt but latency spikes were still there although not at severe. But I still had to stop for a bit few times and wait a bit until it was back to tolerable values. Might be connected or not, not sure.

Edit 2:
Ok, when I created this post I was logged to Amsterdam which had these horrible spikes yesterday and it seems like Azarian part of the quest in Buried Shrines was not stored. I switched back to Frankfurt and I saw all waypoints are blue so I checked underground map and only Azarian's icon is not crossed out. So I guess I just have to kill him again and should be good to go further with storyline. That's not so bad as I thought since he's easy to beat. But anyway, some data got lost so maybe devs would like to take a look at logs.

Also would be great if there was solution for these DDOS attacks or whatever was causing latency issues yesterday (Match 8th, around 10 pm CEST).
