Ritualist Ascendency's Charm slot

I am really baked and can't find my 4th Charm slot after getting the Ritualist passive Intricate Sigis. Now is this bugged,, or am I really high and am just missing it. Cus my belt has 3slots on it already and I wanna run a +rarity charm with my oh shit don't die charms, you know what im saying?

The maximum number of Charm slots is capped at 3.

It's written in-game at the bottom of the Charm tooltip.

GGG promised the maximum would be raised to 6 at some point.
