Energy Shield Recharge with Lich Ascension

I have noticed that the Skill Note from the Lich "Eldritch Empowerment" does not work as intended if you also have the Passive Skill Node "Event Horizon". If you lose Energy Shield through Event Horizon, the Recharge is indeed interuppted although Eldritch Empowerment states that it wont be when Energy Shield is spent. If this is intended, I think it should be changed to "spend" instead of "lose" in the Event Horizon Skill Node, since the chaos damage is essential for a good Curse DoT Build.
