Random instance crash to desktop in trials of chaos

Getting random crashes to desktop during trials of chaos runs on amazon flicker strike (number of trials:10) area lvl 78-80 on average. yesterday this occured (7) times, today already two times. no errors show on screen. game typically freezes for 1-2s before the crash occurs. upon re-loggint ot the character in question the instance is still active and places me back where i was left prior to the crash occuring.
