Please help. GetAddapterinfo error. No listed solutions woking

I have been trying to get this sorted for a few days now and I haven't been able to get it sorted with any of the solutions listed in the forums here or stuff I have searched on google.

I have disconnected my second screen
Changed config files
Removed folders and did a data rebuild
Verified file integrity
Uninstalled/Reinstalled
Driver updates
Made sure my screen resolution is correct
Made sure refresh rate is correct
Launched in Windows 8 compatibility
Tried running as admin
Image scaling is off

I have a tried a few other things that I cant think of at the moment but I am having no luck at all. Some assistance would be much appreciated!
