I'm going to have to ask for a refund on steam because support hasn't answered me in two weeks. It's unacceptable that a game of this size has no support and only one sentence that they send here on the forum, ”Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible." Good luck. Payment support appears to be backed up by several weeks or months. The only thing worse is account ownership/control which is definitely months behind.
