Trail of chaos - Impending Doom bug

Hello,

While in trail of chaos with Impending Doom modifier, if you run out too far the red ring will become invisible, then, even if a long while passed and there's another ring active, if you come back to same area it will explode (most likely killing you). When you come back its invisible - you, just get the explosion animation and sound.
100% reproducible.
