Missing 2 Atlas Points...

Is this a common bug?

I've completed the quest to finish tier 15 nexus with doryani. He no long comes to cleanse the monster when I complete a Nexus.

I've completed all the unique maps.

but I'm stuck at 38/40 points. Is there any fix for this?
