I find spectres much more fun than skeletons, but I had to give up on spectres as after +1 corruption, +2 trenchtimbre, +3 amulet and +2 helmet with +1 corruption, there is no other way to increase their power. So I had to give up on spectres to skeletons as they can be buffed with +4 from bucklet and up to +3 from prism of belief...
