Ritual altar encounter stuck at CHANNEL map

I was stucked in ritual encounter. At Channel map there is a zone with many terra soldiers stand still and come alive when we open a middle chest ( a terra coffin ). If ritual altar spawn right there then we can sacrificed those terra soldiers to the altar. But if we do that we will be stucked. Active the ritual altar after sacrificed them will make them spawn out during encounter. But they stand still, they cant move or do anything but they cant be damaged or targeted as well. So we will be stucked right there forever.
Only die or quit the game and wait until the map gone and the character back to HO. But you guys already knew. If we choose die. The ritual encounter is still there and cant be completed.
