Whirling Assault Buggy

The quarterstaff skill "whirling assault" has a number of issues, see below:

- can't move through enemies
- does not trigger support gem "impact shockwave", even though it is labeled a "strike" skill
- constantly gets caught on terrain
- does not follow mouse on hold down
