I am unable to use the trade site, when I try to direct message someone it tells me I must be in game to use the feature, (I am in game and have tried several different waypoint locations.) I have reset my PS5 and my PC. I used the trade site last night with no issue.

In the top-left corner is there an option to change sub-account?
