Atlas Map nodes not connected correctly

Hey there, in my Atlas Map I have a node which is accessible though not connected right next to a node which is inaccessible although it is connected. See attached image.

Raising this as well, on my map, I have a tower on a "connected" node that I cannot access.

This just impacted me as well in .3. A Mansion in the Mists that is not accessible at all. Wasted some time on the wisps before I figured it out.
