Why am I not getting items?

I'm playing POE 2 on XBOX and for about 14 days now I haven't been getting any items, orbs, etc. in Endgame. Only EndGame maps and coins. What's wrong?

Sounds like you’re using an item filter that’s stricter than you want it to be?
