It has been a significant part of my leisure time, whether I'm simply logging in to relax in my hideout or actively engaging in a few rounds. Despite my enthusiasm, none of my characters have reached level 90 yet-a clear indication that I'm not an overly aggressive or rule - breaking player.

If I had violated the game agreement, it would logically manifest as excessive online hours or a large accumulation of in - game currency. However, I typically play just a few hours daily. I've also shown my support by purchasing various support packs, and I still have over 3,400 in - game coins. Given these facts, using third - party software would be entirely unnecessary and counterproductive for me.

My concerns extend beyond my own situation. I've noticed that your responses to players' issues are often mechanical and uniform, making me question whether you're truly addressing our concerns. This suspicion was further validated when two of my guildmates were banned; like me, they swear they didn't use any unauthorized software, yet received identical, unsubstantiated replies from you.

I'm increasingly worried that my case isn't being handled seriously. What's more disheartening is that I've received no response to my inquiries, leaving me in the dark. As a loyal player who has invested both time and money, I hope you'll re - examine my situation, investigate thoroughly, and provide a detailed, personalized resolution.

I sincerely appreciate your prompt response. Your reply is truly valuable to me. However, to my disappointment, your response still follows a templated pattern. It's just like the multiple emails I've sent before. Either they receive no reply at all, or the responses I get are all in a standardized format. This makes me wonder whether my detailed explanations and urgent appeals have been carefully considered. Each time I receive such a reply, I feel a deep sense of frustration. It also makes me keenly aware that, in the face of this cold AI response mechanism, the hope of a successful appeal seems increasingly remote on this arduous path of appeal.

Not necessarily.

One of the most common causes of issues is people downloading third-party files which remove the black bars on ultrawide monitors. You seem to have an overly narrow interpretation of what “third-party” means - any modification of the game client and / or its files can result in a ban.

That's right. I'm well aware that this game has an extremely strict account banning mechanism. I've never downloaded any unauthorized plugins throughout my gameplay. The only thing I've used is a legitimate filter, and I've just reinstalled the system on my computer. However, I've still been banned, and I'm really confused about the reason. As for the game, I've only finished the main storyline. After reaching the otherworld, I haven't played much further. Usually, I just log in and play a couple of rounds every day to relax. Besides, I've bought a large number of in - game support packages because they're really beautifully designed. But after my account was banned, I haven't received any substantial explanations. The game officials just keep giving me templated responses, which really makes me feel helpless and disappointed.
