Game crashes when opening skill tree then on launch

I have been playing in the pohx private league and seem to have developed a new issue that I have never encountered before.

My game will crash, seems to happen most often when opening atlas/passive skill trees or when opening my stash but it can also just happen randomly.

Then once it has crashed it will crash anywhere from 1-6 times when launching the game or loading into the character. once I am back in it seems to work fine until I have opened the skill tree a couple times then I will repeat the process.

I have tried Dx11 Dx12 Vulkan none fix the issue, I have also updated my drivers and reinstalled the game. i am not too sure what else I can try to fix the issue.
