About the ticket I sent
I made a request from support team and they said they can help gladly but asked for an information about my situation. Then i gave the information that they asked but there is neihter response nor my request is fullfiled. I sent 2 other tickets after 2 weeks apart about same request but still no response. I wonder if support team temporarly stopped working or they're so busy? Because they were respent my first mail like 9 hours later after i sent the mail.

abolute same situation

" Very sorry, cool story you guys doing this since november, its like 6 months, and problem with supporting players does not fixed. for example - if i have problems with payments in my work - I'm just turning off all payments until i solve problem. just to stop generating new and new tickets. if i have unsolved tickets in my work - i sleep max 4 hours and continue to work work work. in situation where answer from support took 1+ month - sorry but i can conclude that its not working, its pretending to be working. in the same time i tried to be polite, and it does not work too. support just ignoring people. I have problems with payment, i have no decision in a month, and i dont like it. looks like money was stolen and thats enough. right? |
