Can’t allocate pain attunement with from nothing

I have a pain attunement from nothing jewel socketed on my lich Nyssareth and I can’t allocate pain attunement even though I have passive points and can allocate other passives in radius

From Nothing diamond does not allow you to allocate the keystone named on the jewel itself, only other passives within its radius.
