POE 2 wont load 5090 laptop brand new

Title says it all , im running a brand new MSI raider 5090 laptop ultra 9 285hx , 64gb ram ddr6400 mhz ram. Game starts to load up then goes to a black screen and automatically closes. I tried to put on directx11, vulkan, andd isabled multithreading but with no luck. Any help would greatly be appreciated

Are your video drivers up to date? It wouldn't hurt to reinstall them with a clean install just to be safe.
Also check the last line of the Client.txt file in [POE_DIRECTORY]\logs, it will tell you what PoE was doing at the time of the crash. |

Did you ever find the problem with this? I too recently purchased the same exact laptop (MSI Raider 18 HX AI, intel Ultra 9, RTX 5090, 64 Gb RAM) and I can no longer play POE2. I don't even get the black screen, just a short icon pop up on the task bar and then gone.
I have tried all the troubleshooting, DX12, Vulkan, Run as Admin, compatibility mode... nothing seems to work |
