Game becomes unplayable at times due to excessive server lag.

In game ping monitor will frequently show ping times fluctuating from 40ms-5+sec every few seconds causing the game to become more like a slide show that a game. As a result the game becomes unplayable until server latency returns to normal.

moscow, canada, washington - latency spikes (300-500-800ms) are present everywhere. same shit for weeks, starts around 17:00 my timezone (utc +5).
fix your servers, game is unplayable. |

Exact same issue on California servers. Some zones would be a normal 40ms constant connection, but returning to town or moving to new zones is always a gamble. Happened all day the last two days.
