Constant high MS and sometimes spiking

Hello,

As the title says I have as of recently ran into this issue where my ping is at a constant 105 ms and spiking between anything from 200-4k ms for a few seoncds then going back to 105 ms.

While I leveled during the ongoing private league I had some zones(instances) with normal 15 ish ms and other zones were at this 105 ms. But in my hideout and all maps I have run so far it has been 105 ms.

I am playing other games just fine with my average ms between 12-20, which make me beleive it is not my internet that is the issue, but I am posting here just to be sure, any feedback is appreciated. I am not internet or tech specialist so I am reaching out here in hopes of some assitance in fixing my issue or at least locating it.

I have NOT yet tried using a VPN connection, I am hoping to avoid that if possible.

Here is a link to the WinMTR I did: https://pastebin.com/JUrQgwPk

I live in Denmark and I have tried routing through Amsterdam, London, Milan, Frankfurt all servers are doing the same thing.

My provider is YouSee (I beleive through something called EWII) I have a 1000/1000 fiber connection.

Did you give the WinMTR log permissions that prevent us from accessing it?

Today… by divine decree… your patch of Excel, begins.
I think the pastebin was set to private, it is now made public.

This appears to be the relevant section of the log;

"
| ae2-0.bau18tfo1nqe10.dk.ip.tdc.net - 0 | 461 | 461 | 0 | 1 | 32 | 0 |
| ae0-0.ashbnqp2.us.ip.tdc.net - 0 | 460 | 460 | 91 | 91 | 110 | 91 |

The best, average, and worse latency values all jump through the roof here.

The domain tdc.net apparently belongs to TDC Holding A/S, a Danish ISP. If they are a peering partner of your ISP's or operating backbone infrastructure, then a VPN may indeed be the only way of getting your traffic routed in such a way to avoid them.

You could reach out to your ISP's support team, give them the log, and try asking them to see whether they could investigate - however, realistically, it's not a great use of your time.
