Gamecrash when facing a certain Rogue Exile

There is a crossbow exile which makes a Frost wall. Twice ive met him, and twice i crashed. When targeting the exile behind the frost wall with (in these cases) Rapid Assault, the game crashes, and on re-enter the portals are closed.
