/convertracereward didnt give me the mtx

i bought myself a Ungil's Harmony Alternate Art in standard and wanted to convert it with the /convertracereward to a permanent mtx.
i picked up the item, wrote the command, got the prompt that was warning me that in the process of converting it to a permanent mtx it would delete the item from the inventory, wrote the "DESTROY MY ITEM" thingy its asking you to type. Then i got the confirmation there at the chat window that the "Item successfully converted to an account-bound microtransaction."
The item simply wasnt there as an option to choose in the mtx.


I couldnt find anyone who encountered this bug yet, i messaged GGG support the day it happend and the tier 1 support (or whatever its called) passed my issue "on to the appropriate team"
My logs have been sent where it was clearly stated that it got successfully converted. I also sent my character name to GGG for verification purposes.

This was ~1.5 months ago

Regardless, i was curious if i could reproduce the bug, so i bought another alt art (this time the Wurm's Molt) and did the same procedure, started recording the whole thing, but as soon as i converted it to permanent mtx, it was there. no issue at all.

It would be nice to know if i will ever get to have my permanent mtx unlock or if i will have to live with my loss.

it is mispelled "Ungils" in game, try harder to locate it

Has nothing to do with any potential misspellings, its not in the microtransaction stash. its not in the cosmetic inventory under amulet either.

unless you have a video to prove you are not drop to the ground, nothing GGG can do

its in the known issues under high priorty, so they know :)
i didnt "drop it" i was in HO and i even got the confirmation in the logs, so whatever you are assuming i was doing wrong, i didnt. even if im the first person to have this bug, im here to create awareness. all you are doing is gaslighting so unless you got anything useful to add, leave it be.

(also i have seen multiple videos of racerewards being turned into perma mtx, so again, whatever mistake you are accusing me off, i did not do anything wrong lmfao)

If you assume they know then they already give you the answer

just because they are aware of the issue, doesnt mean i got an answer. especially not on my last question.

Also there is no other thread to this issue, and just because the bug is listed under known issues, doesnt mean it gives the insight on the bug like my thread does.
