Supporter Pack - +1 Path of Exile 2 Early Access Key PS5

Hi GGG team and community,

I recently bought a supporter pack for Path of Exile 2 Early Access that includes an extra key to gift. I wanted to give it to my brother, who plays on PlayStation 5, but when he tries to redeem it, it shows as invalid. We’ve tried through the website, PS Store, and directly on the console — no success.

After some digging, it seems the extra key is only valid for PC, which wasn’t clearly stated when I made the purchase. This was disappointing, especially since the bundle suggests you can give the key to someone so they can play with you — without mentioning platform limitations.

Could you clarify:

Is there a way to convert the extra key to a PS5-compatible version?

If not, will console redemption be supported later?
