Map Resetting and Filter Loot stops working

I have to keep reinstalling the game on my PS5 because the uncovered map keeps resetting when i just portal to town and back and its the same instance. This does not happen immediately, but randomly just starts to happen after a while. An update that is pushed out fixes the issue temporarily. Then after that happens my Loot Filter from , https://www.filterblade.xyz/?game=Poe2, does not work.

I am not sure what is causing this but i have tried to remove the loot filter and turn it off and the map is still having the issue so its not the filtering causing it.

Can you please look into this as this has been happening since i have started playing early access for a couple of months and was hoping it would be resolved.
