Difference between Power, Frenzy and Endurance charges in POE2

So If I remember it correctly in POE1 power gives +damage, frenzy gives +attack speed and endurance +duration ?
Not sure, havent played poe 1 last 5 years.

Endurance is red, frenzy is green, and power is blue. They all just get used as a resource to spend on skills. The only "difference" is potentially the on-consumption passive nodes like endurance can heal like 3% hp on consumption or if you run charge infusion each gives a separate benefit, again when Infusion consumes the charge.
