Does all Legendaries have same % to drop ?

Im trying to find Mjolnir, but not luck yet.

Some other legendary items I found already 5x.

The unique you're looking for never drops. Regardless which unique that is.

No, some uniques have lower drop rate. Some of them are really rare. Mjolnir is one that is not common. I found one during 0.1, but since then I didn't see it dropping again.

No, uniques are categorized in Tiers. In Path of Exile those are ranging from Tier0 to Tier 5. Tier 5 being the most likely to drop.

I don't think people figured out tiers in PoE2 yet.

Just an example from the PoE wiki for Orb of Chance weighting for uniques:

Rough odds to hit each tier of unique item are as follows[2]:

T5/T4: 1 in a few hundred
T3: 1 in a few thousands
T2: 1 in a couple tens of thousands
T1: 1 in multiple tens of thousands
T0: 1 in multiple hundreds of thousands

Level does not matter.
The second row of text under the uniques name tells you the base type.
In this case its a torment club.

Mjolner is so-so damage as a weapon, and a mace, you need FAST attacks to get the most from trigger, how many mace skills offer that?:) And if you try to get dps from the spell, meet bloated mana costs like 500+ per cast, warriors aren't equipped to deal with that.

Edit: also you need to hit higher lvl on implicit meta skill for the maximum number of support sockets.
