Does playing with Geforce Now get you banned now?

I play the game on my tablet with Geforce Now. Today on r/GeforceNow Someone posted that they got banned while using Geforce Now. This kind of thing happened before with Amazon and Blizzard as well. I've already spent 120$ on poe2 I don't want to get banned for no reason. I am scared to start the game. Is it safe to play Path of Exile 2 on Geforce Now?

I think technically within the ToS that there are certain parts that would match what gforce now dose and could be bannable BUT if/when they go after that platform it wouldn't be a random individual, it would be across the board ban wave for that platform, there are a good few people using it and i don't see anyone else posting about being banned.
