Waystone drop chance bug

Hello,

I have tried on multiple occasions now recombining waystones for higher tier past tier 6 (i.e. tier 8 and 9). I juice up the maps with waystone drop chance (i.e. 150%) just today. And I don't get any waystone drops at all when going into a nexus boss or other boses.

I strongly think that this is a bug. I have been fighting multiple boses outside of nexus boss as well with zero waystone drops when i boost up the tier on waystones.

Same problem - on my lich, 0 waystones drop. However, on my Gemling, I'm getting drops.
