Specific account doesnt exist

Good afternoon/morning, im trying to log in to my other account that ive been playing on since the release of POE1 and its saying my account doesnt exist. The login is [Removed by Support] and my username is Fatalscope#6667

How are you trying to login to it? Standalone client, Steam, Epic?

Its on standalone client. Ive already emailed support and havent heard back in over 4 hours now.
