something happened to altas strongboxes nodes?

Anyone's noticed a problem with strongboxes nodes? Right after the patch it was working well i.e. I was able to see research boxes if not every map then 2 out of 3.
Now I can have 10 maps in a row with zero boxes of a given type while clearing maps pretty much completely.

Sneaky rollback of previous patch changes?

The same. I set +150% to the chance of a certain type of strongbox (cartographer) appearing - for 4 maps I found 30 strongboxes, of which 2 were cartographers. It feels like it's not +150% increased chance to be Cartographer, a decrease of -150%...
